All questions →Pheno is a Swedish health platform built around regular blood testing. You choose a program, give a sample at a partner lab near you, and see your results in the app: plain explanations, trends over time and a personal plan for what to do next.
Pheno is invite-only right now and opens to more members in rounds. Join the waitlist and we will email you when it is your turn. With your invitation, create your account with Mobilt BankID. It takes under a minute, with no passwords or forms. Choose a program, order in a few taps and visit a partner lab when it suits you. Results appear in the app a few days after your draw.
The number of markers, and whether follow-ups are included. Essential tests 66 markers for 150 kr/mo (1 800 kr over the 12-month membership), Longevity 109 for 350 kr/mo and Max 119 for 650 kr/mo. Longevity and Max include a follow-up on anything out of range; in Essential, a follow-up is an add-on. Every program includes two checkups a year, AI and a plan. Marker counts include measured biomarkers and indicators calculated from them (on Max, 85 biomarkers and 34 calculated indicators). Some markers apply only depending on your sex and age.

In the EU. Your health data is stored in Stockholm, and all processing, including AI, runs in EU regions. We don’t move your data outside the EU.
